DIY Bookmarks made from recycled Mini Blinds

Here’s another fun and easy project using recycled mini blinds! 😀

I absolutely love being able to recycle items and bringing them back to life as something totally different and useful!

So if you have a mini blind that is heading towards the trash make sure you save a few pieces for this project!

Let’s get ready to create something spectacular!

Supplies You’ll Need:

Choose your napkins and make sure you remove the back of them so you only have the thin top decorative piece.

Cut your pieces the length you want . These are 6”

Then punch a hole in each one.

I used Elmer’s glue to decoupage my napkins on.

Once they are dry you can sand the edges off .

I love this little sander it comes in handy especially for small projects!

They look so pretty already!

You can skip this step if you choose to !

I had this word stamp so I used it on a few of mine .

I also wanted to grunge them up so I used my favorite Dixie Belle Brown wax.

This is how they look so cute!

I then added my twine on and they are done !

This is such a fun project and the sky is the limit on what you can do !

These also make such sweet little gifts!

Also great to sell in your shop or craft fairs !
