🐰 Budget-Friendly Crocheted Bunny Rings (Using Shower Curtain Rings!)

If you love creating beautiful things without spending a fortune, you are going to adore this little project!

These adorable bunny rings are made using… wait for it… shower curtain rings! šŸ™Œ Yes! I love finding simple, inexpensive items and turning them into something cute and creative.

You can use these as:

  • Easter ornaments

  • Basket tags

  • Napkin rings

  • Wall dĆ©cor

  • Cute little gifts

They are soft, simple, and just plain sweet!

🧶 What You’ll Need

  • Plastic shower curtain rings

  • Yarn (any color you love!)

  • Crochet hook

  • Scissors

That’s it! See? Budget-friendly and simple.

šŸ‡ How I Made Mine

First, I attached my yarn to the shower curtain ring with a slip stitch.

Then I:

Single crocheted (sc) about 10 on the ring.

  1. This is where I added the ears . For the ears, I chained 10.

  2. Joined it back down to the ring.

  3. Single crocheted 2 stitches in between each ear to give them a little separation and stability.

  1. Once you have both ears done then you can continue with your single crochet all the way around.

  1. Fastened off and weaved in my ends.

And that’s it!

You can make them in white, yellow, pink, or any sweet spring color. I love how soft and plush they look once the ring is fully covered.

šŸ’› Why I Love This Project

  • It uses inexpensive supplies

  • It’s beginner-friendly

  • It works up quickly

  • It’s a great scrap yarn project

  • You can make several in one sitting

And you know me I’m always looking for ways to create something beautiful without breaking the bank.

These would be adorable hanging on a spring tree branch or tied around a basket handle. I can also see them clipped onto a gift bag for an extra handmade touch.

Simple. Sweet. Creative.

Just the way we like it. šŸ’•

If you make some, I’d love to see your colors!
