Crows and Pumpkins

I love this time of the year!

The cool crisp sweater weather !

Hearing the sounds of crows flying around always brings those Fall feelings to me!

Pairing them up with pumpkins makes such a wonderful Autum combination!

Here is another fun and easy project you just have to create this Fall season!😀🎃🍁

This project requires painting but it’s pretty easy!

You don’t really need a lot of items to create this !

Just a scrap piece of wood and some paint!

Once you are done you will love displaying it with your Fall decor!

I’m sure you can find all you need quickly and inexpensively so let’s create this fun piece!

Supplies You’ll Need:

Scrap piece of wood mine measures about 11”x7”
Paints Orange, Black, Green, Yellow, White, Brown for background I used Cascade it’s a bluish green shade
Minwax sealer satin
Crackle rubber stamp
Dixie Belle wax in Brown

Here is a scetch of what I painted .

I painted my background and let it dry .

I then scetched out my crows and pumpkin.

I painted my crows in Black . I used acrylic paint you can use whatever paint you have .

I then painted thier beaks yellow.

I then painted my pumpkin.

I used my Brunt Umber for the stem . Brown will work too.

I added the brown shade lines with my Brunt Umber.

I added some white details on my birds, the pumpkin and the pumpkin stem .

I also outlined the beaks with brown too.

I added a couple of dots for the crows eyes.

I also painted my small pumpkins with white too.

I added the brown lines and the stems on those little pumpkins too!

I love this crackle rubber stamp once everything was dry I used this on the board.

Once it was dry I used my Dixie Belle to grunge it up .

Look how adorable this turned out !

This Crow and Pumpkin board is perfect to leave out this entire Fall season!
